Matt is the company's President and Senior Estimator and has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry serving as both a master electrician, estimator and project manager.  Matt holds a bachelor of science in business finance from the University of Phoenix. He has worked on projects in the commercial and industrial electrical projects ranging is size from $50,000 to $7.5 million dollars. Matt has experience from conceptual design development budgets to hard bid projects including schools, medical facilities, commercial spaces, industrial and government facilities. 

Damir is the company's Vice President and Senior Project Manager.  Damir has been working in the electrical construction industry for over 30 years and is well experienced in all phases of electrical construction, including automation and control.  Damir has extensive knowledge and expertise in estimating, scheduling, purchasing, installation, troubleshooting and field coordinating.  Damir has completed a multitude of electrical projects including educational facilities, hospitals, retail, manufacturing, mechanical modernization, and federal, state, and county projects. 

Aaron is a journeyman electrician and field superintendent with over 25 years of experience in the commercial and industrial area. Aaron is experienced in all phases of electrical construction. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in installation, scheduling, and field coordinating.  Aaron has worked on a wide range of electrical projects including public schools, colleges, medical offices, federal, state, and county facilities. 

Neven recently joined Globe as our International Consultant and assists in construction compliance and quality assurance.  Neven's construction experience also provides valuable insight for material and subcontractor procurement.    

Matt Jr. has been an integral part of Globe for several years.  His expertise and knowledge of the construction  industry is vital to our projects.  Matt Jr. has extensive experience in many phases of commercial construction.

Brandon began working for Globe as a field electrician and is now the Office Manager and assists in the purchasing and estimating departments.  Brandon's dedication and ability to take on any task has made him valuable in construction management.
